Note:

Please ensure rules are thoroughly reviewed prior reserving and are followed accordingly on the date of the rental request. Contact the Recreation Office if you have an interest in reserving the Pavilion during the week.

A $200 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED WITH YOUR RENTAL FEE.

PROVIDING THE VENUE IS VACANT BY THE 7 PM RENTAL AGREEMENT AND THE FACILITY IS LEFT IN CONDITION IT WAS FOUND, THE RENTEE WILL HAVE A REFUND MAILED TO THEIR ATTENTION. REIMBURSEMENTS ARE ISSUED AT THE END OF EACH MONTH. PLEASE ESURE THAT THE ADDRESS ON YOUR ACCOUNT IS ACCURATE TO RECEIVE YOUR REIMBURSEMENT.

SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED WHEN:
• PATRONS REMAIN ON SITE AFTER 7 PM. PLEASE PLAN YOUR EVENT ACCORDINGLY WITH MUSIC OFF AND CLEAN-UP OF THE FACILITY TAKING PLACE BETWEEN 6 – 6:15, DEPENDENT UPON YOUR EVENT. EXTENDED RENTAL TIME BEYOND THE PERMIT AGREEMENT PREVENTS A SCHEDULED CLEANING CREW FROM COMPLETING THEIR TASK IN THE ALLOTTED TIME LEADING TO ADDITIONAL COSTS
• THE FACILITY LEFT IN A CONDITION THAT WAS NOT APPARENT UPON ARRIVAL. THE FACILITY IS RENTED TO YOU IN A CLEAN AND PRESENTABLE CONDITION. WE EXPECT THE FACILITY TO BE IN THIS SAME CONDITION BEFORE YOU DEPART.
• USING VENDORS WHO DO NOT PICK-UP ITEMS FOLLOWING YOUR EVENT SUCH AS TABLE & CHAIR RENTALS. FAILURE TO HAVE THESE ITEMS REMOVED PRIOR TO ANOTHER RENTAL CREATES ISSUEAS AND IN TURN LEAVES PARK STAFF HAVING TO MOVE ITEMS TO ACCOMMODATE ANOTHER PARTY.

TO RENTERS WHO DO NOT RECIVE A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL ALSO BE SUSPENDED FROM FURTHER RENTALS.

If you are hosting a public event, you must contact the Recreation Division at 728-0500 ext 251 within 90 days prior to the event.

IMPORTANT NOTICE**
INCLEMENT WEATHER AND/OR CANCELLATIONS**
Permits are issued for rain or shine and are non-reimbursable.
The Parks & Recreation Division reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a permit when conditions can cause damage to the venue or when health and safety of participants is threatened due to impending conditions. A 50% refund from the amount paid will be issued, providing the event cancellation is made directly to a Recreation representative at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

** EXCEEDING CAPACITY **-
A copy of this picnic permit must be in the possession of the Applicant on the day of rental. The Applicant is to ensure that the information provided is correct and that the permit is presented at the request of an employee of the City of Pawtucket and/or Pawtucket Police Department on the day of the event.
Any inaccurate information provided regarding attendance or violation of the following rules may result in revocation of this permit and stoppage of your event.
PATRONS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE PARK FACILITIES IMMEDIATELY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AND THE PERMIT HOLDER MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE FEES.
