Programs
Mat Pilates is a type of workout that targets the mind, body, and soul. Its emphasis on breath work, centering, and concentration means it goes beyond the physical exercise. Students can expect improved strength, posture, agility and flexibility, as well as toned muscles.
TIME: Tuesdays 6pm to 7 pm
LOCATION: JENKS JR HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIA - enter by way of Door #16 adjacent to Ashton Street
Fee entails 8 classes. Cancellations are made up at the end of the initial schedule.

Follow the Pawtucket Parks & Recreation Facebook page for updates on classes and/or cancellations in addition to the "Schedule" option through this program for class scheduling changes due to holidays, school vacations or venue changes.
Please do not to participate if you are experiencing symptoms on a class night. It is important to follow the quarantine guidelines if the symptoms progress. If a student has participated in the class and symptoms do arise within the week and prior to the next class, it is important to contact the Recreation Office at 728-0500 ext. 251.
