AFTER HOUR PARTY DETAILS

The carousel has a standing capacity of 282 people. It is strongly encouraged that you visit the carousel to determine your guest list size and your plans for the layout. The carousel provides 2 bench and table style seating that is set up in the birthday area and that can accommodate 24. The carousel will also provide an 8ft and 6ft folding table along with a maximum of 12 folding chairs. The organizer would be responsible to attain additional items for the event if needed. These items can not be brought in during the hours of operation when opened to the public, as there may be a prior reservation.

Organizers of the party may arrive for 5 pm to set up with the understanding staff will begin cleaning the facility for your event at 5 pm.

Guests may arrive for 5:30 . Rides and popcorn will not be provided until 5:30.

Guests must begin vacating the premise at 7:30. All patrons are to be vacated from the premise no later that 7:40 pm so that the staff may clean the facility and close for the evening.
