Daggett Farm is available for rental from the first weekend in May through the last Sunday in August. These dates are subject to change.
10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Mon – Fri) 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Sat & Sun)
Additional hours beyond times listed above are $45.00 each additional hour. • Daggett Farm cannot be rented past 7:00 p.m. All patrons and vendors must be vacated from the premise by 7 pm.
AMENITIES INCLUDE**
* Scenic location with gazebo and natural flower gardens for photos and weddings
• Twelve picnic tables
* Two double charcoal grills
* This location is a large area of open space (Planned use of tents should be communicated to the Recreation Department in advance to coordinate an onsite meeting for placement.)
* Access to electricity

Please ensure rules are thoroughly reviewed prior reserving and are followed accordingly on the date of the rental request.
This facility is for family-friendly event rentals. If you are hosting an OPEN TO THE PUBLIC event, you must contact the Recreation Division at 728-0500 ext. 253 within 90 days prior to the event for an application packet. VIOLATORS OF THIS PROVISION WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PREMISE AND MAY NOT BE SUBJECT TO REFUND.

LATE FEES: The Permit Holder is responsible for additional charges for rental items remaining onsite after the scheduled permit hours. These items may include, but not limited to tent, chair and table rentals from a rental service company. The permit holder will be invoiced an additional $100 per hour (rounded up) for each hour the items remain onsite.

IMPORTANT NOTICE**
INCLEMENT WEATHER AND/OR CANCELLATIONS**
Permits are issued for rain or shine and are non-reimbursable.
The Parks & Recreation Division reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a permit when conditions can cause damage to the venue or when health and safety of participants is threatened due to impending conditions. A 50% refund may be issued when a cancellation is made directly with a Recreation representative at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. No refunds are issued within the two week period.

** EXCEEDING CAPACITY **-
Current capacity limits for Daggett Farm are 250 people. Exceeding 250 people requires contacting the Recreation Department.
A copy of this picnic permit must be in the possession of the Applicant on the day of rental. The Applicant is to ensure that the information provided is correct and that the permit is presented at the request of an employee of the City of Pawtucket and/or Pawtucket Police Department on the day of the event.
Any inaccurate information provided regarding attendance or violation of the following rules may result in revocation of this permit and stoppage of your event.
PATRONS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE PARK FACILITIES IMMEDIATELY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AND THE PERMIT HOLDER MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE FEES.
