Guests should follow the guidance of face coverings as well as social distancing of 6 feet from one another while on City property.
Members of the party may wish to provide personal hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. It is important to communicate to your guests that these Park facilities are not regularly sanitized.

**RENTAL INFORMATION **
A copy of this permit must be in the possession of the Applicant on the day of rental. The Applicant is to ensure that the information provided is correct and that the permit is present at the request of an employee of the City of Pawtucket and/or Pawtucket Police Department on the day of the event. Any inaccurate information provided regarding attendance or violation of the following rules may result in revocation of this permit and stoppage of your event.

Because this is a permitted venue in Slater Park, patrons who elect not to attain a permit must vacate the premise immediately to accommodate those parties in possession of a permit. Permit holders who encounter difficulty at the time of their scheduled rental with other parties who are in turn not vacating the premise based upon their permit and/or lack of, should refrain from altercation and contact the Pawtucket Police Department at 726-3911 as well as the Recreation Director at 727-1714.

The Parks & Recreation Division reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a permit when conditions can cause damage to the venue or when health and safety of participants is threatened due to impending conditions.
