IMPORTANT NOTICE**
Permits are issued due to the frequent use of this facility and to allow patrons adequate time to meet their needs. They are issued for rain or shine and are NON-REIMBURSABLE. A 50% refund will be
issued to those requests made 30 (thirty) days prior to their rental request.

Please note that landscape maintenance is conducted from May through October, as this is historically the time of year with the most activity.
This is a permitted venue in Slater Park, therefore patrons who elect not to attain a permit must vacate the premise immediately to accommodate those parties in possession of a permit.
Permit holders who encounter difficulty at the time of their scheduled rental with other parties who are in turn not vacating the premise based upon their permit and/or lack of, should contact the Recreation Director at 727-1714

The Parks & Recreation Division reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a permit when conditions can cause damage to the venue or when health and safety of participants is threatened due to impending conditions.
